Return & Refund Policy

How to return?

Thank you for your trust and your business. We make every effort to provide you products of the highest quality. But in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with an item or receive a damaged item, you must send request to info@shangrilafashion.com within 2 days of receiving the package according to tracking number.

A Shangri-La Fashion representative will email a Return Merchandise Authorization form. You must fill this form out completely within next 2 days and include following information.

ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Your return request must include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the merchandise you wish to return
  • Invoice or Proof of purchase for faster validation and processing

Once your request has been approved, Merchandise must be shipped back within 2 days of receiving approval from a Shangri-La Fashion representative. If you do not ship within the 2 days period, your return request will be cancelled.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging.

Original shipping fee and return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return on sale items and special products such as  Wedding dresses, Bridesmaid dresses, Ball dresses and Quinceanera dresses. 

Non -defective merchandise

There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return merchandise.

We do not offer exchange.

Defective merchandise

Shipping fees to return defective merchandise will be reimbursed only if sent via GROUND shipping. We will not be responsible for any returned shipping fees if sent via any other method beside GROUND.

Please note

  • We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition
  • We cannot process any product that are returned without our prior knowledge
  • We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.

Order Cancellation policy

  • Cancel order within 12 hours of payment for a full refund
  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Processing time

Multiple refund requests take longer as we must return the product to the right warehouse. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your refund which may reflect on your credit card or mode of payment in the next billing cycle. You will be informed via email whether your request for refund was accepted and when it is processed.
